19th C. Polish Jewish sabbath lamp w/ floating Hebrew letters & a holy chicken

The frame goes back to my childhood in Floral Park, Queens, New York City.

It was in my bedroom when I was growing up. The frame had a reproduction of a boat - harbor painting, Ship at Le Havre, dated 1905, by Georges Braque (1882-1963). The original Braque painting is in the collection of Sammlung E.G.Bührle  (Switzerland - Zurich).  I have the reproduction lying around somewhere.

Being the wood frame was in good shape, all these decades later, I decided to put it to good use, April 2019. Drawn from a photo of an 18th C. Polish Jewish sabbath lamp
